One to Ten
Say each number out loud. Repeating the word over and over makes the word stick. Try counting on your fingers as you go.

Helpful Tip
Here is a tip that helps. Say the numbers in order every morning when you wake up. One through ten takes less than thirty seconds. Do it while you brush your teeth or make your coffee. Small habits like this build real results over time. Before long these ten numbers will feel as natural as breathing. You will not even have to think about them.
A Quick Note on Sound
The Greek letter δ makes a soft “th” sound, like the “th” in the word “this.” That is why the word for ten is spelled with a “d” in English letters, but it sounds softer when a native speaker says it. Listen closely, and try to copy the soft sound.
